Recommend Me Books - Romantic Comedy

Hi, guys, we are back with “Recommend Me Books” again. One of the genres I love and never cease to put a smile on my face and always leave me with a smile on my face days after I finish reading the books is a romantic comedy genre. I love the books that made me laugh out loud, to the point that I don’t even care what people might think of me. I enjoy the books that have great rumors in it. I’ve read a bunch of books with this theme but couldn’t remember all the titles but the ones that have stayed with me and I highly recommend are:

Egomaniac Mister Romance by Leisa Rayven The Unidentified Redhead (The Redhead Book 1) by [Clayton, Alice] The Plan by [Salsbury, Qwen] Tangled (The Tangled Book 1) by [Chase, Emma] Twisted (The Tangled Book 2) by [Chase, Emma] Wallbanger (The Cocktail Series Book 1) by [Clayton, Alice] Rusty Nailed (The Cocktail Series Book 2) by [Clayton, Alice] Sustained by Emma Chase

If you want to know my favorites, please check this list. I routinely update it whenever I finish a book I love and highly recommend. Check out the last week’s theme (romantic suspense books) as well if you haven’t yet.

Now is your turn. What are your favorites? 😀

Lexxie at (Un)Conventional Bookviews: There are some authors here I need to check out… I really had a lot of fun with the Cafe series by Jana Aston. More or less everything written by Eve LanglaisThe Reluctant Reaper series by Gina X GrantShelby Nichols series by Colleen Helme. My list is somehow shorter for romantic comedies than for suspense. 😉

Kristin at Addicted To HEA: I might be the only one who liked it but I laughed crazy like a loon during Rachel van Dyken’s “Consequences” series. The first ones are definitely the funniest.

Maureen at Maureen’s Books: My favorite is Level Up by Cathy Yardley. I read that book in January of 2016 and really loved it.

Christy at Christy’s Love Of Books:  Hell yeah, comedy is my jam! lol. A book earns major points if it makes me laugh. Clayton & Chase are pros at it. In addition to those, Some that made me laugh are Garden of Small Beginnings, the entire Charlie Davidson series (hilarious!), Must Love Otters, & The Hating Game (a favorite).

Have you ever read Janet Evanovich? The Stephanie Plum books are Okay and I’m slowly making my way through the pile of them, but for this rec I really enjoyed her “Full” series with Charlotte Hughes.

Would you believe I haven’t read Tangled yet??? Ugh…

  6. oh you know…this is such a hard one for me, because I have read so many books that have made me laugh. Many romance novels are like this in all genres.

Many of the older Avon romance novels, are very witty. Lisa Kleypas for example always puts in some fun witty bantering that is just contagious. My first time experiencing this was with the Avon True Romance series. It was a series Avon publishing did directed for teens, and man I can’t count the number of times I laughed in those books.

Some of my more recent favorites have been: Rock Hard by Nalini Singh, The Love At Stake series by Kerrelyn Sparks, Argeneau series by Lynsay Sands (more specifically the earlier books are hilarious), Night Prince series by Jeaniene Frost, The Bridgertons by Julia Quinn, If I had You by Lynn Kurland, The Pirate Lord by Sabrina Jeffries, Charming The Highlander by Janet Chapman—-just to name a few. 🙂
